Proactive Patrols Lead to Drug Seizure in Margate

As part of ongoing proactive patrols in Margate, I recently carried out positive action which resulted in the seizure of 23 bags of suspected controlled drugs in and around town.

This action comes in response to concerns raised by local residents regarding drug use and associated anti-social behaviour in the area. We understand the impact these issues can have on our communities, and tackling drug-related activity remains a priority.

I would like to thank everyone who has taken the time to report information and concerns to me. The intelligence we receive from members of the public plays a vital role in helping us identify issues, target our patrols, and take positive action against those involved in criminal activity.
